Epiphany Peptide Research LLC ships qualified Research Use Only (RUO) laboratory orders where lawful. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and confirming that materials may be lawfully received and used for research purposes in their jurisdiction.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are reviewed by our research desk and dispatched after payment confirmation and order acceptance. Most approved orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, payment-review delays, inventory review, or required order verification. Tracking information is provided when the order ships.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Epiphany Peptide Research LLC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If a shipment appears lost, delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact admin@epiphanypeptideresearch.com within 3 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery scan or the expected delivery date. Include your order number, tracking number, photos of any visible damage, and a description of the issue. We will review the carrier information and determine whether replacement, reshipment, or another correction is appropriate.
Packaging & handling
- lyophilized and temperature-sensitive materials are packed to preserve integrity for laboratory analysis;
- each shipment includes the documentation needed for your records;
- shipping cost and method are shown at checkout.
Customs & jurisdiction
International buyers are responsible for confirming that materials can be lawfully imported, received, and used for research purposes in their jurisdiction. Customs duties, import fees, inspections, holds, refused entries, seizures, or delivery delays caused by customs or local authorities are the buyer’s responsibility.
