Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned for change of mind, because the chain of custody and storage conditions can no longer be verified.

- Include your order number and the lot number from the label.
- Describe the issue and keep the item in its original packaging until we respond.
What is not covered
- items that have been opened or removed from documented storage conditions;
- change-of-mind returns on correctly supplied items;
- claims made after the 3 days window.
