EPIPHANY PEPTIDE RESEARCH LLC collects only the information needed to process research orders, ship them, and meet legal recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Order details — name, institution, shipping/billing address, email, and the items ordered.
- Communications you send to our research desk.
- Limited technical data (e.g., log and security data) is used for fraud prevention and site integrity.
- Payment-related information may include transaction amount, payment method type, processor transaction ID, fraud-screening data, and limited payment references provided by third-party payment processors. Epiphany Peptide Research LLC does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, full bank account numbers, or online banking credentials.
How we use it
- to process, document, and ship your order;
- to respond to COA and research-desk requests;
- to meet tax, customs, and recordkeeping requirements;
- to protect the site and prevent fraud.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not publish visitor IP addresses. Third-party service providers, including payment processors, shipping carriers, website hosting/security providers, analytics tools, and email-service providers, receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
