Secure checkout and PCI DSS scope
Secure checkout for this site is provided by our third-party payment processor a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processor. The processor is responsible for PCI DSS compliance, card data handling, and the encrypted checkout form that collects payment information.
We do not store credit card numbers, full bank account numbers, CVV codes, or any cardholder data on our servers. Card data is transmitted directly between your browser and the payment processor over SSL/TLS using a hosted checkout, secure iframe, or tokenized session, depending on the gateway integration.
When supported by the issuer, transactions use 3-D Secure (3DS) for additional cardholder authentication. The processor returns a tokenized reference that this site uses to associate the transaction with your order.
What information we keep
We retain the order amount, the last four digits of the card, the card brand, the processor's tokenized transaction identifier, and the billing and shipping address you provided. We do not retain raw card data, and tokenization means our systems never have access to the full payment information.
This is the minimum needed to process refunds, respond to disputes, and meet our recordkeeping obligations as an ecommerce merchant.
Site security controls
Checkout pages, account pages, and any page that collects payment information are served over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection. Administrator access uses TLS-encrypted checkout, strong administrator passwords, and session monitoring for unusual activity and two-factor login required for administrator accounts and IP allowlists for sensitive admin actions. We monitor logins and flag unusual session activity.

Reporting a security concern
If you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method on this site, contact micahnodine888@gmail.com immediately and notify your card issuer. We will work with the third-party processor to investigate the transaction.
